All photographs in these galleries are subject to Photography & Design - Trevor Latham - Copyright Policy.

The copyright & ownership of all images will always remain with Photography & Design - Trevor Latham, when you purchase an image you are buying a license to use it for personal use only or not for profit organisation.

Image editing & use in design is only permitted with agreement between Photography & Design - Trevor - Latham and the client only and/or there designated graphic designer.

Selling on images for commercial gain or use of the images for commercial profit making business is not allowed as per the conditions of the personal license.
